We offer a full refund on all eligible physical products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. This guarantee reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and our confidence in the products we offer.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, order number, or receipt. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process your refund request.


Condition of Returned Products

To ensure a smooth refund process, all returned physical products must meet the following conditions:

Acceptable Condition for Full Refund

Unused and Unopened Items: Products that remain in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact are eligible for a full refund.

Gently Examined Items: We understand you may need to inspect a product to determine if it meets your expectations. Items that have been carefully opened for inspection but remain in like-new condition, with no visible signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration, are eligible for a full refund. This includes:

  • All original packaging materials, boxes, and protective wrapping are retained and in good condition
  • All included accessories, inserts, documentation, and bonus materials are present and undamaged
  • No writing, markings, highlighting, folding, creasing, or personalization of any kind
  • No stains, tears, odors (including smoke, perfume, or pet odors), water damage, or environmental damage
  • No missing pages, components, or parts
  • Product remains in resalable condition

Partial Refund or Store Credit Consideration

At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund or store credit for items returned in less-than-perfect condition, including:

  • Items with minor cosmetic imperfections from handling
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging, but the product itself remains unused
  • Items missing non-essential accessories or inserts

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item upon inspection at our facility.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Important Notice: All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable content, e-books, digital artwork, printable materials, digital subscriptions, audio files, video content, and any other electronically delivered products, are non-refundable and are explicitly excluded from our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Reason for This Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted, the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Unlike physical goods, digital products can be copied, used, or retained even after a refund request is made. This policy protects the integrity of our digital offerings and ensures fair treatment of all customers.

Before You Purchase Digital Products

Exceptions for Digital Products

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our digital product refund policy:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased content, and we are unable to resolve it, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate purchase.
  • Product Not as Described: If a digital product is materially different from its description or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.

Any exceptions granted are at our sole discretion and determined on a case-by-case basis.


How to Request a Refund

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return shipping instructions
  • The return shipping address

Important: Do not ship any items back to us without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns received without authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit:

  • Use the original packaging whenever possible
  • Include all original components, accessories, and documentation
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will:

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.

Our Error: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you and expedite the replacement or refund process.

Lost or Damaged Returns: Faithful Teachings is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect:
