We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policy described below.
30-Day Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: The item must be unaltered and in the same condition as when received.
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, inserts, labels, manuals, protective wrapping, and accessories must be included. Packaging should be intact and undamaged to ensure the product can be resold as new.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase must accompany the return request.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a denial of the return or a partial refund at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Digital Downloads: All digital products, including downloadable files, e-books, templates, and other electronic content, are non-refundable. Because digital goods cannot be physically returned and there is no guarantee the file has been deleted or is no longer in use, all digital downloads are considered final sale.
- Opened or Used Items: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Gift Cards or Promotional Credits: Non-tangible credits cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or your preferred contact method. Approval or rejection of your refund will depend on whether the item meets the conditions stated above.
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not qualify for a refund, it will be sent back to you at your expense, or we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item, defective product). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Shipping fees paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return within 30 days. Once the refund is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage before authorizing a return. Items confirmed as defective or damaged upon arrival will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly return products without a valid reason, misuse the return process, or attempt to return items under conditions not stated.
